I just recently had a repair done on my 2022 RDX. I want to thank Joe Anzovino, Service Manager, for taking care of the issue. He always listens to you and always goes out of his way to help you. He really cares. He's a great asset to the Acura service department. I also want to thank Mark Capetillo and Sarah Shabanowitz for their care and for keeping me informed on the status of my car whenever it's in for service.
I have dealt with Mark Capitillo in the service department several times now, and every time it is an outstanding experience. This recent visit I brought my 2013 Ford Escape to get a New York State Inspection done. Come to find out there were other things that needed to be done. Mark was very helpful in explaining everything to me. He was able to put us in a loaner for a couple of days while getting the work done. He is always so pleasant and kind. It is always a joy working with him.
We bought ZDX A-Spec from Acura of Wappingers Falls and it was pleasure to work with Cody. He was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of buying new car. We really appreciated his patience answering all our questions. Alex was also helpful from finance. I definitely would recommend Cody from sales team and Alex from finance.

This place is amazing! Front desk lady was very welcoming. Elizabeth Schmidt took me in with open arms. I came in and explained how I was in a tight time schedule but she immediately picked up what I was putting down. She was quick efficient, and transparent with many things regarding my vehicle purchase. She rocks at what she does!! The finance manager was also amazing and detailed every answer to the questions I had. 10/10 recommend this place.

This is my second purchase of a used vehicle and I'm so thankful for Elizabeth S. Her knowledge of the accessories and helpful nature made purchasing pretty easy. The floormats were not in vehicle and she ended up ordering new ones and put them in herself. I would recommend her and the dealership to anyone.
had a very positive experience at Acura. I really appreciate Cody Tucker’s pleasant demeanor, good interpersonal skills and patience. There was no pushy sales pitches, Cody told me everything I needed to know and went an extra mile to accommodate me so I can make my decision which took a while. He’s a newer employee at the dealership but he’s certainly a great addition to the team!
